Degree Program February 1, 2011
At Americas Home Place we understand that personal growth is the foundation of company growth. To show our appreciation to our employees for their commitment to personal growth and the growth of our company we are delighted to offer the following rewards for your commitment. Each book report should be sent to Jan Adkins at the Corporate office. This reading program is optional. America's Home Place reserves the right to substitute books on the list from time to time.
Beginning February 1, 2011, the maximum number of book reports we will accept per month will be 4 with a maximum per year of 40.
Note: The IRS may consider money received for trips as income which would make the employee responsible for the taxes. We have never known that to happen, but if it does, the employee will be responsible for taxes.
Associates Degree >>> Book List
Requirements
1. Read each book or listen to each tape series on the "Associates Degree" growth list.
2. Write a full 2-page typewritten report on the book or tape series and specifically how this affects your life and your job.
Rewards
1. An Associates Degree diploma with ceremony scheduled annually by the Corporate Office.
2. Lunch with Barry Conner, your RVP, and other graduates.
3. A "drive away" vacation for two nights with $200 expense money. Employee furnishes vacation time.
Bachelors Degree >>> Book List
Requirements
1. Read each book or listen to each tape series on the "Bachelors Degree" growth list.
2. Write a full 2-page typewritten report on the book or tape series and specifically how this affects your life and your job.
Rewards
1. A Bachelors Degree diploma with ceremony scheduled annually by the Corporate Office.
2. Lunch with Barry Conner, your RVP, and other graduates.
3. A "drive away" vacation for 3 nights with $350 expense money. Employee furnishes vacation time.
Masters Degree >>> Book List
Requirements
1. Read each book or listen to each tape series on the "Masters Degree" growth list.
2. Write a full 2-page typewritten report on the book or tape series and specifically how this affects your life and your job.
Rewards
1. A Masters Degree diploma with ceremony scheduled annually by the Corporate Office.
2. Lunch Barry Conner, your RVP, and other graduates.
3. A four-night Caribbean cruise for two with airfare from Atlanta only to port with $400 expense money. The employee furnishes vacation time.
Doctors Degree >>> Book List
Requirements
1. Read each book or listen to each tape series on the "Ph.D. Degree" growth list.
2. Write a full 2-page typewritten report on the book or tape series and specifically how this affects your life and your job.
Rewards
1. A Doctors Degree diploma with ceremony scheduled annually by the Corporate Office.
2. Lunch with Barry Conner, your RVP, and other graduates.
3. A one-week vacation for two to a European destination (to be decided by Corporate) with $750 expense money. Employee furnishes vacation time.
